Helen has been in the world of physical movement from a young age. As a child she was involved in dance, which progressed over the years into health and fitness, culminating in marathons and Ironman, and ultimately Yoga.
Helen’s interest in Personal Development has been a lifelong journey of discover and spiritual awakening.
Yoga unites Helen’s passions of movement, energy work, personal development, spirituality and holistic well-being.
Cameron comes from a sporting background, having played professional Rugby for many years, which led him to yoga – initially to help counteract the post sporting ailments.
Cameron is trained in many yoga lineages ranging from Vinyasa, Kundalini, Freestyle Hatha & Yin Yoga. He has travelled to India 6 times to study, and has attended a multitude of Workshops and Trainings in US and Europe. He takes a Holistic approach, treating Yoga as not just a stretching class, but a ‘way of life’ incorporating Movement, Breathwork, Meditation, Lifestyle choices & Real Food.
